I'm planning on moving out and I'll be further from work so it was time to get a reliable vehicle. I found a vehicle from here so I went to check it out. I was impressed by the SA, he knew his cars and wasn't pushy at all. I'll definitely be back.

I have nothing but good things to say about the staff in the the service department. Glenn was very understanding and was able to squeeze me in for two separate drop-in repairs and have the repairs complete within 24 hours. I am beyond impressed with how well this dealership treated me and will definitely come back in the future.

I have bought 7 cars in my life and often times, car dealerships and car dealers make the experience tougher than it has to be but this was not one of those times. Hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had. KUDOS to Jeanne Mok and Cam Henderson...they have changed the way I look at car buying. If you need a new car, a new kidney, a new anything (well, maybe not a kidney) then, ask for Jeanne and Cam at Jim Pattison Subaru.

Amazing car purchase experience. My wife and I were very impressed with the sales and delivery team at Subaru. We bought our first Limited 3.6R Outback, and from Mark Smith, the sales Manager to Brooke the Finance Manager and Daniel Kwentny the Product Advisor we felt like we were given first class treatment. I could not recommend these people enough. They care about their customers and enjoy what they do.

Spent a lot of time looking at different 2018 vehicles from all the car manufacturers. So far my best experience was at Jim Patterson Subaru with salesman Scott McVey. He was pleasant and zero pressure. Let me test drive 3 different models on my own for as long as I needed.
