I am from Ontario staying in BC for study purposes. I have just visited them for the service of my Toyota Corolla 2017. They are very nice people. Their customer service is fabulous. The way they treat their customers is absolutely awesome. They offer really fast and efficient service. I would love to visit them again. 5 stars*****

Took my vehicle in for a recall and because I was going on a road trip I had them do an oil change with an inspection. I do most of my own work and have owned an auto repair shop. I was told that my front brakes were at 20% and at 2.5mm. I know they should be replaced 3mm. That didn't sound right to me based on the time since I last time I checked my brakes when doing a seasonal tire change. Things can happen so I bought my brakes, and took the wheels off and both front brakes were at 4.5mm. I have roughly 18 months of brakes left before they reach 3mm. The left rear drum had not even been off. I waited for the follow up call to ask how my service was and I never received one. So, here it is! One of your technicians needs to be repremanded. Joey did a great job of keeping me informed of the technicians findings. Everything else was as it should have been. Invoice #420744

Thanks for getting my car done early in the morning since i got an email about 8:15am schedule even if i was booked for 1:45pm appointment. Had my regular car service done. I know it was raining when i went there so that is fine without the car wash (though i can still see some dirt that could have been removed if a car wash was done). But to end it all my interior was not even vacuumed and there aee still dust on my dashboard. My tires were all so inflated i can feel the road when riding in it.

(JP Toyota Guildford) 2001 4-R Fuel filter $ 75. 00 plus installation (Canadian tire) $ 20.00 plus installation . Tried repeatedly over multiple days to speak to the service department. at J.P. Toyota Guildford. Nobody ever picked up. Left a message. Nobody called back. Meanwhile, I called Peace Arch Toyota and Canadian Tire. Got through to Parts and Service almost immediately. No problem. Finally spoke to J.P. Toyota Service Manager (Marco). I've spoken to him over the years. Nice guy. Same old platitudes.

Appointment at 8:15am. Very cold winter morning, Johnny's smile was warm like spring though, helped to have my car serviced in detail! All my experience with Jim Pattison in Surrey so far have been great!
