Adrien- five star! Adrien, Sales & Lease Consultant is absolutely amazing. I felt comfortable. He was in tune with my needs and delivered exactly what I needed for a reasonable price. I cannot stress enough how comfortable and accommodated I felt walking into this dealership. Thank you Adrien for exceptional (5star) customer service !!!!!! Very happy with my buy.

Body shop staff at Barnes Wheaton, Collin and Sonja were friendly and beyond accommodating. They helped turn my bad experience of being rear-ended before Christmas time into a pleasant and stress free experience. Had my car fixed within a week and provided me with a brand new Chevy Malibu as a courtesy car. Great customer service is hard to find nowadays and I’m very glad I found it here. Thank you Collin and Sonja! My Cadillac looks brand new again! :)

Walking out to greet me, David has continually delivered more than exceptional service and passion! As we walked around, he listened to my comments and questions regarding the various vehicles and provided honest opinions and responses. This straight-to-the-point and professional attitude was super refreshing and useful, as we quickly narrow down my needs. He showed us a recently-sold Buick Encore and I fell in love. I told him to keep me posted if another one showed up. Although he was battling with a few internal setbacks regarding an over-zealous salesman, he continually provided updates and kept me in the loop. Miraculously, a sale on a new Buick Encore, originally out of my price range, went on sale and David was quick to get me in for a test drive. It was exactly what I was looking for and David helped throughout the entire deal. I could tell it is David's goal to make his clients happy, and I am more than honored to be one of his. The remaining staff at Barnes Wheaton also deserve a praise for the full-service support we received on all fronts. 100% recommended!

Don't use this dealership especially for service unless you have all day to wait to have an oil change completed. 6 1/2 hours today for them to complete a oil change and tire rotation. As we have had problems with them not being very truthful about how long services were going to take in the past I actually called today after they had my car for 4 1/2 hours, was told they were just finishing off and it would be about 1/2 hour because they are washing my car. I said we'll be there in 1/2 hour only to be asked to give them an hour, arrived an hour later and vehicle wasn't ready because they were washing it so in total my car was in 6 1/2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Was told oh we washed your car, it looked worse than before I took it in as it was partially washed (a lot of spots on the car missed which makes a car look worse) I guess they vacuumed the floor mat in the front only as when I lifted the mat it was very dirty under the mat, wouldn't have had a problem if they didn't vacuum but when they do they should do a good job. I have purchased 5 vehicles from a Barnes Wheaton dealership, only my last Cruz from this location and will never purchase a vehicle for Barnes Wheaton again because of the service of this location, not really worth the hassle.

Poor service I have been loyal customer to GM for a long time so recommended my friend to buy car from GM. But this place does not match the standards of GM. Their employee gave us a price and when everything was final and we were ready to do the paper work, there were higher numbers on papers. Their employees and sales manager should have better communication before giving someone a deal. Literally wasted our 3 hours. Avoid this place guys and try other showrooms of GM.
