I've got nothing but good things to say about my experience at Harbour City Equipment. Everyone is friendly, competent and nice to deal with. I bought a Wallenstein log splitter. I received prompt replies to my emails, good advice and all was taken cared of when it was time to pick it up. Great place to go, service like this is rare to find these days and that's why I'm taking this time to write a review...

I have dealt with Chris, Jason, Alex and Nora at Harbour City Equipment for just over a year now after the purchase of Kioti tractor, equipment trailer and a few attachments. Always had quick, friendly service from all four, from warranty work to purchasing additional equipment. Very helpful staff in all aspects of equipment etc. Hey, they have great coffee too!

The sales guy (jason) was excellent and very fair to deal with. and the reason why i am writing this is because the first and second service that were done by Alex were very professional and done in a timely manor. Highly recommend the product and the service was excellent. thanks

I bought a Kioti CK2610 from HCE a few months ago. I've got just over 50 hours on her now. I am very pleased with the purchase. I studied the Kubota offerings very carefully and at the last minute jumped to Kioti. I think I would have been perfectly happy with Kubota, however, I feel that I got a little bit more tractor for a little less money with Kioti. I have used the HCE service for two problems, one was a call out and the other resolved over the phone. They were small things but they gave me a taste of the HCE after sales service. I felt that the call-out time was reasonable and the service quality from the engineer was excellent. This experience has increased my confidence in HCE and Kioti. I live North of Nanaimo and though HCE are abased in Duncan, they have a kind of virtual presence in courtenay. I am a noob with tractors and farm equipment, so I can't give a comparison with all the many retailers and products I've used of this type over the years but I feel that the decision to buy Kioti from HCE was good for me.
