My wife and I love this place. Dean, Dave, Marc, and the rest of the crew at Arbutus sold us a great product, in a tight timeline, and were a tremendous help throughout the whole process! Because we were buying both a truck and a camper, Dean, our salesperson, educated us on the type of truck we'd want to look for (payload capacity, belly bars, etc). With this info we managed to find a 2wd Dodge Cummins dually through a private sale. This beast of a machine could handle most anything camper-wise (we were trying to keep the options as open as possible). 2 Weeks later (and after many inquiring conversations over the cell) Dean found us a used Centurion truck camper at an amazing deal, that perfectly suited our specifications and budget. Throughout our search for the right match between truck and camper, Dean was forthright, knowledgable and extremely helpful. My sense from observing other customers at Arbutus, is that everyone on the sales staff is just like Dean. Fantastic. If I find my way back to the island in the future, I'm buying that guy a beer. When we purchased the camper, Dave, Marc and the whole shop crew at Arbutus made sure the camper was completely ready to go: they went out of their way to repair some worn out spots, they replaced two faulty jacks, they helped us troubleshoot an issue with the lights, gave me a full run-down of the whole rig (told me what I should replace, by when, etc.), provided us with their own Arbutus owner's manual that condensed the various technical users manuals for the camper into one easy to reference, plain-speak read; and so on, and so on. All at no additional cost. And also: fantastic. - As a newbie to the world of RVs and truck camping/boondocking, working with the folks at Arbutus was an absolute pleasure. At no point did I feel condescension from the pros. Just the opposite, in fact. A sense of service and helpfulness that has both benefited me as a customer, and inspired me as a would-be businessman to provide the best services and products that I can. Do yourself a favor and buy your next RV, camper, whatever!, from the great team of folks at Arbutus RV in Sidney, BC. PS. Did I mention they have a bunch of bunnies living on the property! A great distraction for the kids! (It's the little things, you know?)

I love RV"s and you can pretty much look in all of them!

Good service at the parts department. Small lot the though with cramped parking so don't accidentally drive in with your rig thinking there's another way out because there isn't.
