You don't call , you don't write. You dumped me after I signed off on the used vehicle I purchased. Promises of a free oil change were mentioned as we were doing the deed. It's been almost a year and you've forgotten me. I thought dirty oil was only in Alberta but my vehicle had it too. Just like Donald Trump, I "drained the sump" of the filth. And just like Trump, i did it with out the help of Cranbrook Mitsubishi. They did rectify a problem the first two days I had it. The repair was done quickly.

I would like to throw a huge thank you and shout out to the team at Cranbrook Mitsubishi! I was in search of a fuel efficient, affordable, safe, and reliable compact car for my fiancée and my soon to arrive baby boy.... and that lead me to the Mitsubishi Mirage. Jordan Flint and Phil Britten in the Sales department were both fantastic to deal with throughout the process of making our deal. Having spent a fair amount of time in the car industry myself, I can tell you that if you are wanting to deal with great car guys that will listen to you and find a way to help you get into a new set of wheels with no BS... these are your guys. The new owner of this dealership, Mike Koch made a point of introducing himself to my fiancée and I while we were there and thanked us for the business... you can tell that his customers are important to him and the rest of his staff, and that they are all passionate about the business they are in. Eric in the Service department has also been great so far with good communication, and everything that was being added to the car was completed much quicker than expected. I can't thank you all enough for the great deal, and for helping me make sure my new family is safe. I'll be back for sure, cheers!

This is the first time I've ever had a truly awesome experience from start to finish buying a vehicle! Alicia was fantastic as our sales person and we really appreciated how she approached us and gave us all the information we asked for up front, great job. Phil honored everything in our deal exactly as agreed and made sure that we were happy at every stage if the process. Thanks also to eric in sercice who went above and beyond by giving us a set of wheels while we waited! Me and my wife now want to be a part of the mitsibushi family, thanks for being honest and transparent. You actually made buying a car easy and our family will be back again for the next one, which will be a mitsibushi!

I bought a new vehicle from Cranbrook Mitsubishi. My experience was there was great. Jake Trafford was very helpful, informative and professional. Never felt pressured at anytime. All the employees were very friendly. My experience was very pleasant. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jake and Cranbrook Mitsubishi. Love my new SUV.

My girlfriend bought her first new car all on her own with the help of Jacob. Between Jacob and Eric in the service department they went above and beyond to ensure she was 110% happy.
