Kootenay Harley Davidson is owned and operated by a great husband and wife team. They and their staff make everyone feel like part of the family. Not only do they sell new and pre owned Harleys they have a fantastic Service and Parts center as well as accessories from bling to t-shirts. They entire team truly provide fantastic customer service. Stop on in when passing through Cranbrook they will be happy to give you information on what's happening and places to go.

Bought my 2017 softail slim S here last winter. Just had my first service done few weeks ago. Very flexible to get me In on my days off. Very friendly They even detailed my bike for me after the service was done!! I was not expecting that. Easy to deal with them. They didn't just forget me once the bike was sold. I went to this dealership because my friends at work recommended them and Im glad I did. I showed up in the winter with my old beater ford pickup and Mark the manager still took the time to show me the bike.
