Absolutely horrific service for my Fiat 500X last weekend. I was promised 2 free oil changes for my car when I purchased it, and when I brought it in for the second service was told that I was only given one, despite the system clearly indicating that one was still on the account. The service fellow claimed that their system does not update the quantity, so that one on the account would have been the only one... despite a date noted on the remark that coincided with when I had last taken the car in for service. I insisted we pull my contract. The sales manager lied and said he could not pull my original due bill and would not give me my free service. After two hours of fighting him and the service manager to convince them that 2 - 1 = 1, I reluctantly paid and then went to my glove box to locate the previous service documents (which I had mentioned I had) to vindicate my position. Sure enough, I found it. They told me to come back Monday to deal with a regular manager. I insisted I would do no such thing. Eventually, the sales manager was able to pull my due bill after all (!) and it said exactly what I had said it did all along. I was refunded my money, but the indignity of being called a liar and the colossal waste of time trying to explain something that was written in their own service system I asked that they never contact me again, and I know exactly where I will recommend my friends, families, and colleagues *not* buy a car next time they are in the market.

Sales staff are great, however they are also great at selling you wonderful service upgrades that they fall far short of delivering. I would have left a 5 star review too after I bought the vehicle. Glad it slipped my mind to do so until now. We received the upgraded tire and rim protection as part of our car purchase. We were advised today that it would take 5 days to remove the screw from the tire we picked up driving around town. They do not tell you when you buy your vehicle that they will not perform tire service on your vehicle without first getting approval from the outside insurance company and that it leads to massive delays. Just drop it off and we'll get to it in a week? Why did I buy it if I can so easily live without it for a week. Hoping for that loaner car your rep promised you just like mine did, no luck there either. Got that wonderful oil change package? Don't let them forget to tell you how much they charge for the scheduled maintenance packages which must be done at this dealership every time or your oil change package will be void permanently. Read that fine print folks and good luck if someone forces you to buy your vehicle here. My other car is from a Dodge dealer on the Langley bypass and I find that they practically trip over themselves to be accommodating on every interaction. Wish it was like that at Go Dodge Surrey.

The employees that work for Go Auto in Surrey made us feel comfortable and actually asked us what we wanted and what we were looking for. They did everything in their power to get us exactly what we wanted. We have never left a dealership feeling like we got what we wanted. We have previously been to two different dealership's and got screwed with both of those vehicles. We will honestly send all friends and family to Go Auto Dodge in surrey.

Excellent customer service. I would highly recommend to anyone in the market for a vehicle to see Jeff Velarde. He is extremely professional and not pushy or fake. Kim in sales was also great too. Thank you everyone :)

Illya was very helpful and accommodating. He went over and above and makes sure his clients are well taken care of. He wasn't pushy like most salesman are. I would definitely recommend anyone to him. My overall experience was a 10 out of 10.
