Just bought a 2016 Dodge Caravan from this company. Awesome people to deal with from the Managers Guy & Mani to my terrific salesman PAUL G. who was knowledgeable, fun and willing to answer my never-ending questions. Will recommend this company to friends and family and I'm sure like me they won't be disappointed in the service that they will receive. Thanks again guys !

Worst experience ever. They will also you cars that is way out of your budget no matter how clear you make it. I told them about my budget and my needs and told them that I know it's probably impossible to have it happen due to my not-so-good credit but I will give it a try anyways. Raj assured me that it can happen. The first time I went there, I wasted 1.5 hours waiting for them to check my credit and see what they can do for me. He came back and told me to test drive a car that was pretty obvious I can't afford. I kept asking for the price but he avoided the question. After test driving it, I waited another half an hour for him to come back and tell me that the cat I just test drove is almost double of what I told him I can afford. That day I left because he started selling me a car that I told him I am not even interested in. The next 2 days Raj called and texted me and assured me that this time he's got what I need for the price I want to pay. I told him to send me information for a car that would fit my budget and is something I want. After reading about one that I am interested in, I went back to talk to him. He sends his manager out to tell me about another car that I am not interested in and that the one I am interested in is something I can't afford. They wasted hours of my time to tell me something that I told them initially.

They will lie to you right until you sign everything then tell you that they said they will do isn't going to happen. They bull shitted me for 3 days then told me that I need a cosigner and my credit isn't good enough for anything but a van that is a year old. Now it's leaking water through the DVD player in the roof and they said it's covered under warranty but only for 3 years or 60000 kms. Then if it leaks again it's my problem. And they don't tell you that the life time warranty on the engine is only good if you do your oil changes through them after you signed. So avoid this place as much as possible. They said I was going to get $3000 cash back and my cosigner will get a $500 go auto card witch didn't happen.

Service department did work that was not authorized. They did not fix and diagnose the problem. All I got was a huge and inflated bill. Sales people preyed on me while I was trying to get car fixed. Avoid this place at all cost.
