Very unsatisfied at the level of service that I received Peace Arch Toyota. Today I called Peace Arch Toyota and asked if I could bring my Lexus in for repair. I was told that they do repair Lexus at Peace Arch Toyota. I had already had a friend scope my vehicle so I informed the service associate of the issue. I offered to show the associate (Mike) a picture I had taken of the scope results. He said he didn't need to see it and that there would be a $139 diagnostic fee. I was fine with the fee because I was under the impression that they were going to fix the issue. After telling me exactly what I already knew, from the scope I already had performed, Mike told me that they couldn't fix the issue and I would need to bring my car to a Lexus dealership. Maybe Mike should have just told me would be a $161.32 fee for a referral to a more competent dealership. Needless to say they will get $161.32 worth of bad publicity for wasting my time and money.

I recently bought a used Lexus from Peach Arch Toyota, I dealt with Phillip (Sales) and Kobe (Sales Manager.) I had been looking private but was not getting much in the way of past maintenance records. I saw an ad for the car i was looking for and found one at this dealership. Phillip and Kobe were great to deal with, they got me an awesome price and the car went through there shop for safety inspection and they took care of all items they found. I would also like to mention Greg (Maintenance Manager,) i had a query about an item after i bought the car and he took the car back in the shop and he inspected it for me and found all was good at no charge. If your looking for new or used this place and the people who work there make car buying a good experience. I highly recommend Peach Arch Toyota if your looking to buy a car.

We had an awesome experience Darren, Kobe and the entire staff were very friendly and amazing to us. We picked up a couple trucks with our friends and they ensured we got the best deals. Would definitely recommend and come back! Thank you for making our weekend splendid and for all the laughs!

Had a stunning and unusual experience with the Peace Arch Toyota service department. Firstly, I was treated like gold by every person I came in contact with from the initial reception to the shuttle driver who took me home and picked me up (Steve). Service quickly felt my issues deserved the attention of the Service Manager (Greg). Registering my vehicle with (Angela) was a pleasure and actually fun. The Service Manager (Greg) not only patiently listened to my concerns but took personal charge of diagnosing my vehicle. Greg was thorough, meticulous, and highly knowledgeable. Also just a plain nice guy. This can be an individual experience but interestingly, every staff member I came in contact with also has something kind to say about their own experience working with Greg and in this dealership. Every once in a while, not often, you feel you've been dealt with like you matter. Like thoughtful general management of a facility is considered to be important. I felt like that and I mattered in spades. I strongly recommend that anyone considering dealership service of their Toyota, head straight to Peace Arch. This was an experience extraordinaire!!

Went to look at a car this morning. Was specifically told I would be contacted if it sold before my appointment. Car sold, but was not contacted, and in fact received a message from Scott, the sales manager this morning confirming my appointment. Was told it had sold when I came in, and Scott not only told me it wasn't his fault, they have another Scott who had emailed me (a blatent lie, they don't, his picture and last name was in the email). Asked how he could make it up to to me, I told him I'd be notifying the public as to the kind of service I received and that's about all I can do to make amends, to which he yelled at me, saying 'I was gonna give you $20 in gas but you can get get out of here!' Hard to fathom how this place functions as a legitimate business with that kind of service/behavior Would avoid at all costs.
