Had my jeep Cherokee taken in after an unfortunate scrap in a parking lot, was highly recommended by a friend to take my claim to this particular shop. Hubby brought my jeep back and they had cleaned her up and she looks brand new. Service was quick and came back as sexy as the day I got her off the lot!! They even filled up my low tire I was (shamefully) putting off so thank you guys!

Was frustrated going in due to a car accident, but got great service, a great courtesy car, great repairs/replacements and the courtesy wash really made my day. Did not expect such a high level of service, but obviously I'm not comparing either!

I had the misfortune of having an inconsiderate driver unexpectedly stop in front of me..I ran into him...I sheepishly took my vehicle to the Duncan shop and there I met Ty and the front end ladies.. they turned a very unfortunate incident into something pleasant and hassle free. Everyone was so friendly and professional....the office was clean and inviting to do business.... I hope not, but should I need the services of an Auto body shop again, I would certainly go back there and I will definitely be recommending them to my other careless friends..No I am not related to anyone at the shop!!.

I was quite impressed from start to finish with CARSTAR Duncan Isherwood. Professional, helpful and communicative would be the first three adjectives that come to mind to describe their superb service and quality of their work. Bravo!

We just picked up our vehicle after a young new driver drove into the rear end of it. Super pleased with the repair - like new. Fine craftsmanship. Great people to deal with!
