We purchased a used vehicle from Penticton Honda on Saturday. This was our second purchase so clearly we are very happy with the service provided by Denzer! He made this experience about what we needed more then what he had to offer on his lot which is a great quality in any sales person which is why we came back for a second time. We also had a wonderful time setting up all of our financing with Andrea :) We would recommend using him for any of your vehicle purchases and will be sure to use him again when we go to buy something new. Happy Vehicle Shopping Everyone!

I went to Penticton Honda today for the first time. The reason that this was my first visit is that we only recently moved to Penticton. My first impression of the dealership is very positive. My first contact was first by telephone yesterday followed by my visit today. Thank you, for your assistance and I will see you again in the future.

This dealership does not stand behind the cars it sells including new vehicles. I purchased a new Civic at the end of August 2018 that had a serious fault. Neither the dealership nor Honda Canada could or would do anything about it. I decided, because I had no choice but to trade the car in with 1,500 kms on it and took a $6,000 bath. No one, not even one of the many people I dealt with, offered an apology let alone any compensation. Beware of these shysters!

Nice polished modern car dealership. Probably one of the first non-North American car dealers in Penticton. My grandfather bought his '91 Accord there, still have his picture from the dealer, then on Main street.
