Our experience throughout the purchase process of our new car was simply amazing. Our sales person Mark was considerate, kind and knowledgeable. He made the whole event a very pleasant experience. If you are considering a car purchase, I seriously suggest you give Urban Garage a spin. Verne

We came across Tony and his garage when our motor light suddenly started to flink on the highway 2 Km from his garage. We drove by and this is one of the garages were you trust the guys immediately because of there communicative skills, professional skills and without any sales stories. He gave us his professional opinions and personal ones. Thanks tony, your help was the one we needed!

I was with my 85 year old Mom who has difficulty seeing and is hard of hearing. We had her dog with us. We had completed 6 errands together and I was parked in a parking lot across the street from Urban Garage. I was taking her home and my car wouldn't start. I called BCAA to get them started. I called my husband. I decided to look under the hood and see if a wire had come loose from the battery. I couldn't open the hood. A man named Mark approached me and asked if I needed help. He said he was pretty sure my battery was dead. Mark said he was with Urban Garage across the street and he would go and get a battery charger and 'jump start' my car. I offered to call a cab to get Mom and dog home but he said we wouldn't need it to just give him 5 minutes. He came back with the charger, got my hood open, and scraped off a blue/white crust on a battery post and PRESTO he got the car started. Mark told me not to turn the car off. He said, once you've taken Mom and dog home, go directly to the Urban building on Marine Drive and they would clean the battery properly, no charge, and jump start me again so I could get home. I told him he was our "Knight in Shining Armour"!!! I thanked him sincerely for stopping to help us....because he could have just kept walking. I called BCAA and cancelled the request. The battery has been replaced and I'm back on the road again. THANKS SO MUCH Mark!!!
