Tesla

I own a Model S and have had nothing but great service and attention through this office. They completed the purchase 3 years ago (I found it in Toronto and had it shipped to Vancouver) and they have quickly provided the minimal amount of warranty service it has required. One more year is left on the warranty as long as we don't drive too far, although that is always a temptation, having been around the continent a couple of times... Everyone there is friendly and personable and they provided excellent valet service plus a loaner if necessary when they were further away than they are now. It has been a great experience so far on this amazing adventure! July 2018 update: The amazing service continues! I just completed a road trip to New Orleans via California and reported to them that the GPS froze up while driving through Dallas and Oakland and they replace my entire user interface computer which effectively gives me a brand new operating system for the user experience, which is absolutely the best support I have ever had for any vehicle, much less one that is more than 5 years old!! And they cleaned it inside and out, top to bottom leaving it sparkling all over after such a long dirty trip! Wow....! (and they gave me a Model X loaner for the day ;-) November 2018 update: I assisted my son-in-law in purchasing a used Tesla and when he went to drive it home and proudly present it to the family, he discovered that the seller had activated a function that unintentionally caused the touchscreen to go dark. It still drove perfectly so we headed to this service facility and arrived 15 minutes after it was supposed to close and we found several service techs were still there and explained our situation to them hoping they had a quick fix. After 20 minutes pulling and replacing a fuse and connecting a computer and doing full diagnostics and managing to do a hard reboot everything was working perfectly! And they never asked for proof that it was still under warranty (it is) or filling in a service order or grumbled about going home 40 minutes late!! They are absolute heroes and the whole crew goes way beyond the call of duty!! There is nothing in the world of that magnitude quite like this these days and the value is unparalleled.

A big thank-you to Edward and Lauren for fitting us in at the last minute for a test drive event. Both were very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Even though the event was packed with people, Edward took the time to personally make sure our experience was fantastic. We were concerned about missing out on the EV incentive if we had to order a car and then wait up to 10 weeks, but he helped us find the perfect Model 3 *in stock*. That saved us thousand$ AND we took delivery only 7 days later! Our entire Tesla experience has been outstanding, and the car itself is the best we’ve ever driven. Seriously… after driving a Tesla, regular fuel-powered cars feel like they were built 100 years ago.

Service staff went through every little issue I had with the car. They even detailed it for good measure. It was great to get a model S for a loaner while they worked on my 3.

I am a huge Tesla fan and I hope my future experience will allow me to change this review to 5 stars. However, at this point my experience wasn't that great. The staff are really friendly and try to be helpful, but when I had to have my wheels swapped, It took 3 visits altogether to have things sorted out. One of them took way longer than expected too. There was also a mobile service that was supposed to get in touch with me, but did so a week or so too late and then said they couldn't replace the wheel covers. I did this final step myself by buying special suction cups. I am pretty sure these are growing pains and things will improve. The facility is great with free tea and coffee.
