The staff are knowledgeable great and helpful. They help me with all my dirtbike parts needs and questions. They made my son’s first experience at buying a helmet safety gear a lot of fun for him. Tony and his staff are five stars in my books.

Although they were unable to fix my Honda outboard they did try everything. They were atentive, concerned and pleasant about it and didn't charge me anything because they were unable to resolve my issue...great. Also their prices are very competitive. I bought a pair of motorcycle boots there and I only paid $20 more than online and I could try them on and take em home that day...great

I had a motorcycle( 1994 Suzuki gsxr 750cc) hegitation problem. They said it’s dirty carb and it’s cost around $400( $100 per each carb I guess + labor) I went back to get my bike back and the guy said he cleaned all the carbs but it still hesitated and he said he wanted to fix it perfectly for me (At the moment I felt so thankful for saying like that) and asked me if I wanted to leave it there and he would call ASAP. I got a call from the store and i went to the shop I was so happy to see my bike again even though it was only for a few days. BTW he said everything is “perfect” so I tried it and it got smoother but the same hesitation was still there. I talked to my self that he must have tried his best as he can. So I didn’t say that much about it and decided to live with it since it’s a little bit annoying when I ride in the city but not a big deal. I got a receipt listed with cleaning carbs, adjusting float bowls height, pilot screws & carb sync for $780. I just wish they informed customers whenever they change price for their job. so at least we can pretend to be like a cool rider!!!
