Staff were friendly and accommodating. Purchasing was easy. Don't let them sell you their warranty. They slipped it into my contract without asking. Literally zero discussion beforehand. I protested when I noticed the change in price (after I had already signed). The finance lady responded with, "All used vehicles need warranty." Warranty cost me $2,695 and is extremely limited. I had a chance to read the fine print after and I can't imagine a scenario where it could be put to use. Besides all its limitations and red tape there's a $100 deductible on all claims, to a max of $3000 on 3 separate occasions. Don't let them push you around. Save your money and opt out. I've put 7000kms on the truck I've had for 6 months. Wheel bearing went and cost $700. Warranty doesn't cover it. Shifting is getting rough and I'm worried about the transmission but warranty won't cover that either.

Jeremiah is an awesome salesman and got me into an affordable car when I thought it was impossible. Hes helping me build my credit. The whole sales team is good there and all the staff are so friendly. I didnt get a warranty on my car (my choice) Yet any issue that came up they are happy to help me out and even gave a substantial discount. Thanks elite!

Pat was amazing, Got me my truck in no time and was a great person to deal with! Thanks to all the staff at elite auto centre, always greeted with a smile and helped right away! Was a all around awesome experience buying a new truck! Thanks again for my new truck! would recommend Pat to anyone who is looking to buy themselves a "new to them" vehicle! Will definitely go here again for any of my future purchases! Thanks again to everyone who helped out! I was given time to make informed decisions and there was no pressure to make a deal right then and there like some places I have been to in the past. I LOVED the no pressure sales and am super happy with my new truck! Thanks PAT and ALL!

I bought a used Ram truck from Elite about 6 months ago. I was having an issue with a check engine light coming on intermittently. when I took it back, Mike the service manager determined it might have been a pre existing issue from when I bought the truck and completely took care of everything for me.
