I have had very good experiences with Bannister with respect to their service department. We have been taking our General Motors vehicles to them since we moved to West Kelowna in 2010. My latest servicing involved a question on the condition of the automatic transmission fluid in my Sierra. The technician checked it and determined it was okay to continue in service. I appreciate them doing this as you often hear stories of more work being done than really necessary. I have never had this happen to me at Bannister. I will continue to use their service department. They really do work towards making me completely satisfied.

We love this dealership! We moved up to the Kelowna from the lower mainland, We were used to having to wait for weeks for appointments and sometimes getting a shockingly large bill. We’ve taken our truck into the dealership twice now for servicing and some warranty work, and it is always a pleasant experience. They offer pick up and drop off from your work, so you’re not inconvenienced to with having to arrange another ride. The bill is always affordable, and they always let us know the estimated cost. They clearly communicate at all times what was done and what needs to be done for the truck. They are so don’t try to oversell you or force you to get new tires etc. if they feel that they will work for other seasons etc. always happy with their service

We buy our vehicles here and always use their Service Department as they are knowledgeable, courteous and if we have any concerns...it is taken care of with the professionalism we have come to depend on. Having said the above, we don’t see the Service Department very often, just when Service calls us to remind us to come in. GM has a great product! If you are looking for a worry free vehicle, I would highly recommend you check it out. Thank You Bannister Kelowna and a Special thanks to Ryan in Service. 6 Stars to you.

My car was in for service and Ryan was helping me. He was great! He would keep me updated on what was happening. He knew I had to pick up my child from school so he did everything he could to get my car back to me as soon possible. I would highly recommend the service department. Thank you again Ryan for all you help.

Harold was absolutely amazing! I went in with my brother and his girlfriend as they wanted to look at new vehicles. The knowledge that Harold had and his attention to detail were second to none. I was highly impressed by how we were treated by him and is definitely one of the best auto sales representatives I have dealt with to date. On the business aspect and the fact this is coming from a University business student, Harold's sales tactics were absolutely top notch. Would definitely give 6 stars if I could. Most definitely coming back if I ever buy a car.
