GREAT SERVICE. Went to the dealership to have a quick look around, and after seeing the vehicle I liked I managed to talk to Graeme (Sales Associate) and ended up driving off in my new mini cooper the next day. The service was very friendly, helpful, and professional; allowing my processes of becoming a new vehicle owner much easier.

I came in last August just intending to look at cars and dream of the possibilities. I ended up buying a beautiful Countryman! The atmosphere and attitude at Mini Langley is very laid back and fun, but yet very professional and all about the customer. There is definitely no pressure, only excellent staff trying to get you the vehicle of your dreams within your budget. Kris knew his cars. He kept me very informed and from start to finish, he was just fantastic to work with! I absolutely love my car. I am sold on the MINI brand and will definitely be returning when it is time for another vehicle! Update: the service department at MINI/BMW langley sucks. Poor communication, takes forever to get anything done and important information is left out and is very misleading.

So great to have quality European vehicles right in our downtown rural Langley home. My salesperson, Lukas, and his manager, Kris Varga, did a great job breaking down the numbers for the sale and the specs on the right vehicle. I'm in my new 2018 Countryman (her name is Olivia) and love it! I'll definitely be a repeat customer! I love that I can just walk in and say "hi" now I'm in the Mini family. #stillnospeedingtickets

We purchased our Clubman from Mini Langley yesterday. What an amazing experience it was to deal with Kris and Ryan! The whole approach was so different then what we have experienced before and what we expected. They were so patient and extremely knowledgeable with the product they sell. They spent hours with us as we explored, test drove and picked out the features that would suit us! Best test drive ever!! If your looking for people who genuinely care about what you want, if you want to avoid the typical 'car salesman's experience and get to know some new great people you HAVE got to come here. We are so pleased.

My husband and I had a really pleasant, easy experience buying our very first Mini at MINI Langley. Lucas was really patient in explaining the bells and whistles, and offered his continued support should we need it. The purchasing process ran smoothly, and was really well-organized. We were impressed that he, and the other sales people, were not pushy, and that facts and figures were clearly laid out. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lucas' assistance to others interested in purchasing at MINI Langley. One week later, I feel the necessity to amend my original review somewhat. We tried to contact Lucas on two occasions, with questions that the owners' manual couldn't answer for us. Neither of our phone messages was acknowledged or returned. We expected better.
