On October 17,2018 I bought a brand new Q5 worth approximately $70,000. On October 27 I noticed a small ding on the passenger side door in a creased area. I called Langley Audi and spoke with Manny who told me to come in on November 9 and the "ding guy" would fix it. I show up on time and was advised no one knew who I was and no appointments had been scheduled. The service guy was friendly enough and took pictures of the damage and emailed them to the ding guy. He advised that it would need to go to an autobody shop as his tools wouldn't be able to access that part of the door. He advised that I would receive a call to schedule a courtesy car and that Audi would take care of me. A few days later I received a call from Manny who was extremely rude advising that he would not be fixing my car and that it probably happened on my own time. I explained to Manny that I was very particular about my vehicles and that it had been parked in my private garage. Manny continued to raise his voice stating he was not going to help me. I advise Manny that I had just spent over 70k and that I would be utilizing social media to make my point. Manny advised do what you have to do. I will never ever visit this dealer again!

Great dealership. We bought our car through Cowell in Richmond. I would never go back there. The staff were cold and very offensive. I found Audi Langley tried their best to ensure my experience with them was best. I would definitely go back for service and to get another Audi!

Haven’t had the opportunity to work with the service department. but I have just now purchased my new Audi Q5 . Chris most definitely is knowledgable and there for any questions that I needed . He got the job done when another dealership could not .would most definitely recommend them ..I am very happy with my purchase. Thank you

Second vehicle I’ve purchased from Audi Langley. Joel Lau was particularly good to deal with, I will go back to see him again.

I am onto my third vehicle that I have bought through Audi Langley. I have shopped around before but Mehdi Nabavi is simply amazing to deal with. He makes purchasing a car a great experience! Peter is a wiz with any finance related tasks. Rick in service always ensures my car is well taken care of. What a team!
