Raj Gill was the car dealer that gave me an Awesome deal . I got a 2013 Dodge Avenger. I picked it up at the dealership and drove 1400 kilometers home. Comfortable to sleep in (yes I was at a rest stop). Lights are superior at night. Comfortable to drive. They were so good to me at the dealership, they flew me down at their expense and made sure I had gas, hotel for one night and meals to get home to Terrace BC. And on top of that they gave me cash back. Raj is amazing he gave me valuable information on how to improve my financial situation and improve my credit score. I will definitely continue working with him in the future. They are so friendly and personable I highly recommend them. If i could I would give them 10 stars.!!!!! Absolutely love them. Keep up your great work!

Brandon from the mapleridge branch was an amazing help in finding me my new car. From working over time, to dealing with some odd requests from me, we were able to work out a deal that is well within my budget, even getting me a model up from what I wanted for very little more. If anyone is looking for help in buying a new car, Brandon is a great asset to have.

I decided to contact Adam Boyd after a coworker had recommended him to me. The process was much easier than expected and I was in my brand new vehicle in a matter of days! I was nervous due to my poor credit, however Adam was still able to offer me a better interest rate than any of the other companies I spoke with previously. I now have an amazing, reliable vehicle and I'm excited to continue to work with Pioneer in the future.

I've been hesitant about purchasing a car for a while as I find the process daunting and overwhelming. After recently improving my credit score I decided to take the plunge and get some support. From day 1 I was able to connect with Matt De Busschere at Pioneer Motor Group and he provided top-notch service with great communication with none of that "pushy salesman" vibe. He was able to get me into my dream car at a great interest rate and at a fair deal. Super easy personality and walked me through every step of the process. I Will ABSOLUTELY recommend anyone needing a car to seek the team (Darcy and Cathy) and especially Matt out there at Pioneer Motor Group.

After a horrible experience with another salesperson, I found Terrie and within 24hrs we had hammered out the details on a brand new car at a much better rate than the previous salesperson (at different dealership). Not only was she friendly, efficient and do what she said she was going to do, but she genuinely cares about what she’s doing and who she’s doing it for. Having less than ideal credit steals a bit of your dignity and she gives it back to you! Very very happy with her service and my new car! I’d highly recommend her! Thank you Terrie! (Spelling?)
