After a lot of searching, we just bought a new car from Toyota. Finding the right car is not easy but thanks to all the help that Kristie Lee gave us over a period of months, we got a great car and deal. She went out of her way to let us know when any suitable car became available. She always goes the extra mile to make sure you are happy and is so positive and pleasant to deal with. Just bought a Highlander. Mike Shazi and Abe Lee is the best car sales team I have ever met. First I met Mike. He was patient, clear and concise. He clearly showed to me the options, printed the specs and the car payment options. I honestly do not remember the last time a car sales associate spent so much time with me to present options. Most of the car sales associates “ scan “ you and if you do not look interested they just “dump” you. The main reason I bought a Toyota was reliability however I can say that the very second reason is the way the whole thing was presented to me. Then I met Abraham Lee, the sales manager Wow! What a difference can a man make to the company! He always called me very respectful and he was Very confident in his skills. We went back and forth on different options, car models and he never seemed bored and annoyed by my concerns or requests. Always trying to get the best deal possible which he finally did. A very patient man. He is honest and has peoples skills. He listens. Jim Pattison Toyota North Shore, Mike and Abe are the best!.

I recently purchased my car here. Kevin was very helpful and super accommodating in making sure we got what we were looking for. The car is a 2017 model, there was an issue with its mirror, both Kevin and the managers at Jim Pattison went above and beyond in figuring out what was going on and fixing it.

Great service and I ended up with a really nice vehicle. I showed up late on a Friday afternoon and the salesman (Ali) stayed five hours past the end of his shift to ensure that I was able to take the vehicle home that night. He knew I'd traveled from out of town to purchase a vehicle and went above and beyond to ensure I wouldn't have to make a second trip to Vancouver to pick the vehicle up the next day.
