Highly recommend Mr. Tristan Peterson. Although I didn’t end up purchasing a vehicle from him, his expertise, professionalism, friendliness and honesty are truly impressive. He responses very promptly to my inquiries, knows the products so well (that my friend who does car shopping with me is impressed by his knowledge and is ready to upgrade to a Lexus) and is happy to take reasonable offers to the manager which I really appreciated... A fabulous experience overall!

Recently I picked up my first LEXUS car in Jim Pattison Lexus Northshore. After a detailed compare, I ended up buying the 2019 NX300. My sales representative, Chris Lam, was accompanied with me all the time in the processing. Not only the dealerships are full of friendly and knowledgeable people(have to say thanks to finance manager Dunne too), the atmosphere is great too. It is definitely not a surprise if I will have friends or relatives that would go to the same dealership and salesperson to buy their cars. It is a really pleasant place to be. Highly recommended! We just recently got a car from Lexus Northshore and from my experience dealing with other car dealerships, I have to say Lexus Northshore went above and beyond. Our sales man (Tristan Peterson) took the time to understand all our needs/desires and stayed in touch with us through this process. His expertise, effort, advice, and knowledge made us feel comfortable to purchase a car from here. We will definitely be coming back and further recommending everyone to visit Lexus Northshore! In fact, the whole team there including the customer service representatives, managers, and everyone you talk to there makes you feel comfortable. We had a great experience with Tristan while shopping for our new car recently. We were looking for a specific model of pre-owned and he worked for weeks notifying us every time he found something he thought would be suitable. None of the staff we dealt with were high pressure at all, and Tristan was very enthusiastic about finding us the right vehicle.
