Many thanks to our sales guy Nelson and the folks at N Van Volvo for a great experience overall. We bought a 2011 C30 and they went the extra mile getting the car in really nice shape before we picked it up. Also sent us home with a bunch of chocolate, which was pretty unexpected as we weren’t exactly spending 60K haha. Would recommend this place for a straightforward and comfortable buying experience.

Kenny went above and beyond in helping me get into a new car. He is always available if I need some help or have any questions; and always makes sure my car is clean when I come into the store. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking in getting into a new Volvo.

Bought my Volvo here, the sales Ali was really helpful throughout the entire process. The show room is a bit small, I liked it a lot better when they Almere at the auto mall, way bigger show room over there. I also service my car here and the service department has been very good as well, friendly and efficient. There was a small hiccup one time, but they addressed it promptly. Overall a positive experience.

Reply to the General Manager: You keep saying that I should bring the car back but the issue I'm raising is not about the car -- IT IS THE FRAUDULENT BEHAVIOR OF THE DEALERSHIP THAT CAUSED THIS PROBLEM IN THE FIRST PLACE. Your best response to your own failure to deliver what's been promised during purchase cannot be "bring it back if you are unhappy" -- I cannot fathom how a well-established Jim Patterson Group does business dealings like this. In addition, I will point out what's exactly wrong with your arguments: 1) "We subsequently purchased and installed a high-quality complete set of four new tires at the recommendation of Kal Tire prior to delivery." At the time of purchase, I was promised specifically Pirelli Tires. And let me point out you didn't mention anything about the tires when I picked up the car. In fact, I found out later on the same day that it wasn't, myself. You provided detailing and the replacement of the tires to Nokian -- admitting that it was your wrongdoing -- to resolve this issue. Again, the point here is not that you used X tires or Y tires. You promised one thing and did not deliver and did not even have the decency to tell me. THIS IS WRONG. 2) "Although not a condition of purchase, we arranged to have the windshield replaced with an ICBC approved windshield at an ICBC glass shop prior to delivery." Ask anyone to read this sentence and tell you if they think any dealership would replace a windshield AFTER THE PURCHASE AGREEMENT out of the goodness of its heart! Most wouldn't buy this. YOU REPLACED IT BECAUSE YOU CRACKED IT and replaced it with an aftermarket low-quality windshield. Now my eyes hurt whenever I drive for extended periods of time and at night, even a little bit of driving is unbearable. Here, the obvious pattern of your sole focus on your own gain at the expense of your customers' is just appalling. Please. You should own up to your mistakes instead of fighting your customers on a public platform like this. Original Posting: They lie too much. Can't trust Ted B and general manager, Scott Bianchin.
