Bad Sales people who turn up late for appointments and leave you waiting in the cold for half an hour. Annoyed cause I came to that appointment ready to buy a particular ferrari they had. While I waited for that half a hour I made several calls and emails. 1 call was answered after he was already 5mins late and they said he would be another 5mins till he got there. It took me hunting him down in the back alley to find him 30mins after our appointment. Left immediately after letting him know he’d wasted my time. His response “I was here”... lol UPDATE: he must have read this review as he emailed me telling me that he wasn’t late and that I called at 11.50am not 12.05pm... I guess my phone clock is wrong then because it says 12.04pm... I guess pride and blaming the customer is very important to them UPDATE: So now I’m told that I called at 11.57am. This is important obviously to keep the ego in tacked that he was never late. Also apparently I never entered their empty office multiple times while waiting... UPDATE: So the "blame the customer" course of thinking continues. They just sent me another communication asking if the reason I was upset is because I'm a racist and didn't like that the sales person was black. "Was it the colour of the salesman that threw you of". I have no words for this. I guess the imagination goes wild when you don't want to take any blame. The funny thing is that it's how they handled the situation after leaving me waiting that is the most upsetting. Even though I walked into the empty show room, I walked out the back alley and called them many times and told them I'm there, apparently it's my fault because I didn't make myself at home in the empty show room, and now I'm a racist...

Amazing collection of cars, but what separates this place from others is the service. I had a rattle in my car that bothered me for a while. Called up Travis and he was able to fix it within 30 min, in addition he helped me check my engine oil levels and gave me other tips to keep the car in good condition. David, Travis, along with the others have been nothing but amazing, and set the bar of what customer service should be. Thank you!

There are hardly words for the level of exceptional professionalism and courtesy that the Mile's End team and David B. bring to their business. Being in the auto industry in the States, I have come to work with many other dealerships on a regular basis, and rarely do I come across a business that is run so well, by such talented individuals, with such a strong passion for their products as I have with Mile's End. From the very beginning, David helped to address countless questions that I had pertaining to the vehicle, and when I flew in a week later, was outstanding in his thorough and comprehensive understanding in the importation process to my country. He had already gotten the ball rolling for me, saving substantial time, and when I had a minor concern regarding the car, David was immediately on the phone, calling in a technician to address things on the spot without hesitation. Clearly I wasn't dealing with an amateur here. Fast forward a couple months, and I'm flying back to Vancouver to take delivery of my new car. David not only picked us up at the airport, but served as an "exceptional" host around Downtown Vancouver for the evening, and even spent some time with us the following morning (on a Sunday!) to make certain that our trip was set off without a hitch. Mile's End Motors and David B. are a true class act in every aspect of the auto industry--second to none!--and I sincerely cannot wait until my next transaction with them both. Love my new Lamborghini!
