Take all my seasonal equipment ( gas weed eater, chainsaws, snowblower,John Deere ride - on mower etc....) there. Never been more than a few(3) days to get anything back and am always surprised at the bill and how little it cost, and never any surprises. Great service at the Counter and very professional service work. As far as I'm concerned what any service center "SHOULD" be ! Thanks to all Gerards staff for the Great Service.

They quoted me $1,800 for new tractor tires install, pickup and delivery all in. After they took my tractor in they called me and told me they’d made a mistake and it was actually going to be $3,500 when I had other quotes for $2000 - $2200. They bent me over good there and then to top it off they were selling my old tires on consignment. The deal was that I get minimum $1,300 or don’t sell them. Pargat who works there calls me up and tells me the tires are sold and I can come get my cheque from his house so I head over. When I get there he doesn’t even step outside to meet me, instead sends his wife out with a cheque for $1,200. THIEVES & CROOKS there now, wish I’d never gone there in the first place. DONT TRUST THEM & DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM OR YOU WILL BE SORRY. Deffinitly not what it used to be. You’ve been warned.
