I want to give a shoutout to Claire in Service. I had three different questions about my used Smart car I bought from a previous owner. She was very patient with me, returning my calls and answering my questions in timely manner. All my questions have been answered and I am very satisfied. She was upfront with me about all the costs associated with the service I was looking for. Her honest and professional opinions had helped me make the best decision for my car. I would definitely hit Surrey OpenRoad Mercedez-Benz for all my services even if I do have to pay for the premium service cost. I usually do not write a review unless I receive an exceptional (or exceptionally bad) service. And I worked in the service industry all my life so I really appreciate great service. Thanks again, Claire.

Bought E300 from this showroom. Balraj was the salesperson I dealt it. Was a great experience and would recommend him. He is polite and easy to deal with. Thanks again!

Great experience. My car needed some expensive work and usually not a good feeling getting a big bill. Alex in service however was very helpful and considerate towards my situation and helped me get the work done at the best rate possible to minimize the impact to my wallet. Very professional service.

Let me start off by warning whoever is interested in purchasing a vehicle from any of lower mainland location to be extra careful..a lot of their employees are scammers and liars! I purchased a brand new "0 mileage" CLA 250 vehicle last fall from the Richmond location. Long story short the vehicle has been nothing but problems for me. At first I noticed little things like my windshield wipers making noises and streaking. Shortly after the first month of using my car I then noticed a clicking noise that was coming from the dashboard area. I immediately took my car in to this location and the lady that helped me reassured me that the issue would be resolved. Anyways, they took my car for what was less than 4 hours and after getting it back nothing was fixed. I contacted this location again about the same problem, as it was close to my place, and I was told to bring it in again. Mind you I have an extremely busy schedule and they did not accommodate me at all. After the second time I got my car back, the issue was still not resolved. I contacted them via telephone and I was told that it was the best that they could do. I felt like my issue wasn't taken seriously at all and most importantly my car was returned in the original state I had taken in. I was honestly shocked seeing such a reputable company such as Mercedes offer the service that they do. At this point I have nothing but regret purchasing a vehicle from them. It has now been over a year that I have my vehicle and the noise issue has not only gotten worse but there are other problems that are arising as well that has been a struggle for me to get fixed under warranty. Take my advice, save yourself the headache and PLEASE spend your money elsewhere!
