Do not buy from them, purchased a car from them in the summer with hidden issues, car has a passenger leaked, called them back explaining issues however all they made were excuses and are not willing to fix ANYTHING. When I called to complain, they told me i should had gotten it inspected myself before purchasing, however they showed me a copy of their vehicle inspection. When first purchased, I also noticed that the navigation was not working, i was unaware of this issue, however they claimed they told me and said that I was willing to fix it myself, (why would I fix something that should had been working in the first place and out of my own pocket?) They later retracted that statement and said that the navi stopped working in my possesion and they are unwilling to fix it. Receptionist kept cutting me off, not allowing me to finish my sentences and kept calling me rude (you're rude for not letting me finish) totally unprofessional and would recommend everyone else to go elsewhere. So happy I found this place! I was treated so fairly, with respect and patience...I LOVE my vehicle and have had NO issues with it at all! Everything that was told to me was right on and backed up by my own mechanic...which was surprised I got such a great deal! I would NOT HESITATE to recommend anyone who is ready to buy a vehicle to at least come here...after all the horror stories I had in the past hard to believe there are still honest respectful people in the world that are not out to make a buck off someone dishonestly....thank you AJ and Sharon! Love my Escape!

Good place to find a good car or SUV for very good price. Friendly staff and good customer service.

AJ is an experienced car salesman. I'm pretty sure he could see I really wanted one of the cars on his lot, so he didn't move much from his position. After a couple of months, I still really like my car (2008 Ford Escape Hybrid with only 82,000 km on it). There were a few of things I was not too happy about. The second time I went to look at this vehicle, I had trouble starting it. I told AJ about it and he went out and started the car (I was waiting in his showroom). He said he thought it might be that the window of the tailgate might have been open. Three days after I bought the car, it wouldn't start again. I have to replace the battery. I bought the car in Feb. At that time, there was snow n the ground and it felt like the AC was blowing cold. Now, in April, I am finding out that I need to re-charge the AC. AJ had the CarFax report. I viewed it the first time I looked at the car. The record was clean, but it would have been nice if he actually gave me the report after I bought the car. I don't think it will be of much use to him anymore. As I said before, AJ didn't move from his position much (he took off the Document Fee, which I think is a lot of BS anyways). He gave me almost nothing for my trade. Thinking back on it now, I see how he turned my focus to all the condition of the trade-in when I should have been more focussed on the condition of the car I was buying (no oil change since August 2016, needs new wipers, interior lights don't turn on when door or hatch are open, Air Conditioning not blowing cold, battery dying). All considered, I am happy with the car, but I think I paid a bit too much for it. But I guess we all have to make a living, including AJ.
