6/5 Stars! Stellar customer service. I've been in contact with Tyson (Subaru Specialist) for almost a year now while waiting for my Immigration status to go through and getting married. The moment I was good to go, so were they! I preferred contacting via email and Tyson was incredibly responsive to my questions. When me and my wife got to the dealership we felt very taken care of and everything went smoothly. They even went above and beyond to help me grab some documentation I needed to pull my insurance down to 50%! Highly recommended!

Having owned Subaru vehicles for several years, I can honestly say that Subaru of Prince George has provided absolutely stellar service. They always provide honest advice in layman's terms and have been extremely accommodating. Our family is very happy to have purchased vehicles with this dealership.

I bought a new impreza today at this dealership, it was a totally positive experience. I am a single older woman watching my budget. I never felt pressured , I felt listened to and was welcomed in every department I had to deal with. I also was relieved to find not a lot of extra costs from the website price. Thanks to everyone at this dealership for making this a positive experience , I was so nervous coming in but , everyone was so naturally relaxed and honest , it just helped me make the right decisions. Thank you

I have a stock 2015 sti engine blew at 80k and they wont warranty it because their scammers trying to say my 100% stock car was modified when i havent touched a thing on it.... I bought it and drove it and subaru usa just finished a law suit dealing with these engines being shity built
