He put in extra effort to insure that the vehicle I bought would be great shape to drive away.

I understand that there're multiple reasons, issues and bad experiences related to this business. That being said. everyone needs to take into consideration that even though there may, or may not, have been a few bad deals and mistakes made in the past. Should by no means permanently label them as a "shady" or "rip off", business. Everyone makes mistakes, right?. They have been in business a lot longer than people realize. Rob is a very talented individual!. Before you judge the company off of other people's experiences and opinions, maybe meet the man for yourself. I will say though, the company is in a new location now, and changes have been made for the better.

DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE (unless you love faulty vehicles and your favorite pastime is being screwed over) I was so excited to purchase my first car, after buying, the problems had begun. Firstly, they promised me a safety check on my car but I soon realized how unreliable their "promises" were when I reached under my seat to be shocked by a live wire. This shock was nothing compared to the shock my bank account has faced as a result of me trusting their guarantees of a safe and reliable vehicle. I've visited many auto shops and put more money into my car than what I initially bought it for. Can't believe someone would screw over a young girl purchasing her first car. DO NOT GO HERE!

HORRIBLE BUSINESS, SHADY OWNERS WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GIVE YOUR MONEY AWAY. Dropped an old seadoo off to get fixed at the beginning of July. The owner said he could have it running in two weeks but needed $1500 upfront for parts . Paid $1500 for parts on debit. Waited the two weeks with no word from him. Called back he informed us he was waiting on parts because they were coming from Quebec . Waited another 2 weeks no word from him on an update as to what was happening, said he didn't have a number to call to get ahold of us, which was a lie he had the number to call. Nothing from him. Called back because he never once called us to update us, the forest fires stopped alot of his parts from getting to his shop, so he said..... 4 months later,October. Still waiting on these parts that he ordered. I told him I wanted the money back. I had to fight to get the money back. Even then he didn't give it all back. He claimed it took his mechanic 3 weeks of work to pull the motor out of this seadoo. We all know 2 hours max and you can have a motor pulled. He charged 500 dollars to look and do the "work". There was no work done because it was left outside with the seat off. I had to go into the store demanding the money back. He only gave me $500 back that Saturday. He said his debit machine was "broken" and then he said he would give me the other $500 "when possible" I told him I'd be back on the following Tuesday to get the rest of the money. He only gave $400 back that Tuesday and said the parts were in now. We are still waiting on the last 100 dollars.... and it's almost November now. The owner is shady and a horrible business man. He knows how to talk and is full of bullshit. Save yourself the the head ache and money , go somewhere else to get proper business and things fixed in a timely manner.
