Great people, excellent service!

Aug 26, 2018
I bought a 8D series Discovery claimed to be AGM, $700.00, and found out that the salesman lied to me - and Sales Managers are well aware of this Company Misleading Practices! It did not have a Glass Mat, as claimed, but it was a VRLA battery with Pressure Vents sealed on the top - a cheap Chinese Nock-off! I DO NOT RECOMMEND CANADIAN ENERGY as they simply are UNTRUSTWORTHY The salesman's answer is indicative of the already reported nature of Canada Energy personnel - previously stated since 2016 onward! Note the nit picky answer re Discover/Discovery, and this battery is not AGM and does not, and cannot be AGM with NO AGM label anywhere on the battery - required BY LAW! The specification state Lead Plate = NOT AGM. Instead the claim of agm is listed in the acid equal to agm! Further more, the TOTAL \FULL CHARGE IS ONLY 12.7 VOLTS AND HAS ONLY 160 AMP/H (20HR) tested! THERE ARE SEVERAL REVIEWS CONFIRMING THIS! I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT ANY READER RESEARCH MY STATEMENTS BEFOR BELIEVING THIS SALESMAN/MANAGER, who has the same attitude as the well known CANADIAN TIRE BAD HISTORY! This Corporate trained Manage/Salesman is trained in attacking Customers and protect BAD Products
