Felt comfortable and not pressured. Everyone greets you with a smile rather than head down showing the busy day they are having. Lonnie was understanding of our needs or lack there of on new communication features which was great.

The service is decent, I have had great customer service from the tech guys you deal with about your vehicle(where you take your vehicle in). I called today regarding setting up an appointment and purchasing winter tires. The front desk employee sounded like death and as if I was wasting her time....cancelled entire appointment and I will purchase the winter tires somewhere else.

Thank you Lonnie and his team for making this process as stress free as possible. We were not only transitioning to a new dealership but also moving from and SUV to a truck. His no-pressure sales tactics made the entire purchase that much easier to make. No one has ever gone through and taken the to set up every function of a vehicle with us, it was a refreshing, personable way to be welcomed into the Chevrolet family!!! Thanks you guys!
