We just brought our car in for service, and I have to say the team at Richmond Kia Is exceptional. They went above and beyond what we brought it in for, even vacuumed and cleaned our car, and temporarily fixed a broken key, and didn’t try to gouge or upsell us. Just good old fashion, friendly customer service. Super refreshing. Thanks, guys! (Follow up: We decided to buy a 2019 Soul EX and the team once again made us feel at home. Low pressure, warm, helpful, and we're very happy with our new vehicle. Really do appreciate you guys. ;))

Came in there after just crashing the first car I bought from them almost a year ago. They were extremely helpful in helping me navigate the process of getting a new car (like REALLY brand new I walked out with a KIA 2019 Forte EX). They helped with everything from getting financing for the new car, dealing with what was left of the loan of the old car shout especially to Liam and Chris who had to deal with me for a good 4 hours to help me through everything. My Mom and I have been going to them for years (shes bought 3 cars from them in total) and I don't think we could ever change.

Currently a new owner/buyer of KIA. I bought an Optima from KIA Richmond and it was a very smooth process. Though it was the last one, the KIA team made sure it was under my ownership. I was treated very well from James and Kong as well as the additional team members who assisted me when both of them were absent. Credits to Liam and Kamran for providing that assistance. If its your first time at KIA Richmond, I highly recommend any of the names I have mentioned above to help you find your vehicle. Additionally, the entire team is very interactive and respectful and wants to do their best to provide our needs.

I have just purchased a new KIA from KIA Richmond and it was the BEST experience I have ever had with a dealership. Liam was my salesman and he was fully knowledgeable on the different vehicles and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Kong and Chris were both amazingly effective at getting me what I needed to get into a new car. The whole team is friendly and makes you extremely comfortable in the entire car purchase. I would excitedly refer them to anyone looking to buy a vehicle, they’ll do their absolute best to get you what you want!!

We recently went through the experience of having to buy a car. Not really knowing what to expect, my wife and I drove to Kia Richmond. We had only stepped out of our present car a few seconds, when Liam emerged from inside the showroom to welcome us. He was very friendly and helpful. He spent lots of time discussing various matters and answering all our questions. At no point did we feel rushed or pressured. Liam was able to show us a model which fit our needs and budget. He gave us first-class treatment at all times and ensured that we were fully satisfied at all stages of the negotiations. The next day, after bringing home our 2013 Kia Rio, I thought there was a problem with the interior light so I phoned Liam. Within minutes of my phone call, the supposed problem was cleared up completely via Liam's instructions. ( It was only my limited knowledge of modern technology which was the problem - - nothing wrong with the car at all ). During the process, we also met Adam, the Sales Manager and Katherine who handled the financial aspects. At all stages, we were treated with respect and professionalism and wouldn't hesitate to return to Kia Richmond for any more car purchases in the future. We are happy to give 5 stars for this review.
