Excellent experience from start to finish at Volvo of Vancouver. Our salesman Victor Lin was a great help and made himself readily available from our first call to the dealership right up to when we drove new car off the lot. Victor working alongside Lloyd Yee worked us out a great deal and went the extra mile to ensure that we were comfortable and well informed throughout the entire experience. Thank you for all your help gentleman, we are overjoyed with our new purchase!

Horrible service. Did a 15,000 mile maintenance on my car and a week after the engine service light went on. Also checked my tire pressure on each tire and all were low. They claimed they filled each tire to 42psi. Called service department to follow up on my engine light issue and was put on 15 minute hold. Called back and the receptionist had a bad attitude and said they were inudated with calls. I asked if she could call me back when not busy and she took my number and basically hung up on me. I didn't buy my car from this Volvo and now I remember why.

Victor at Volvo of Vancouver was amazing - even though he was feeling sick he still came in to work to sell us our S60 R-design. He was conscious of his illness so no hand shakes - just elbow bumps :). He was very honest and answered all our questions with his excellent knowledge on the car. The buying experience was great and everyone one that we dealt with in the whole process was very friendly and professional making it a very very positive purchase!!

Really happy with the Volvo of Vancouver Service department. I had some hood locking problem with my Volvo XC90 and they jumped on a Facetime call with me to understand and troubleshoot the problem in order to save my time. I definitely recommend these guys as they very well understand how to take care of their customers.

I ended up at this dealership, even though it’s not the closest one to my house, because the Surrey one let me down even though I had been making plans with them for two weeks. But I’m lucky Surrey was useless because it meant that Louis Redmond could step in and save the day! It was luck that they happened to have the exact car I wanted, in the exact colour scheme and correct packages, but it was Louis that made the whole process better than any other time I’ve bought a car. He is not only the best car salesperson I’ve ever dealt with, but the best salesperson I’ve ever dealt with in general. He was extremely accommodating, nice, and most importantly genuine. This is the first time I haven’t left a car dealership feeling like I’ve been fighting with the salesperson to get what I want. I highly recommend getting a Volvo (love my new XC40 R-Design!) and ask for Louis!!
