Professional, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic staff who are willing to go the extra mile. They allowed me to drop off my trailer while I ran around in town, and even brought it inside their locked compound overnight while my unit was being serviced there. They were very up front and honest in their findings and allowed me to make asv informed decision on what to do. I will happily deal with them again!

I rarely give a five star review but Honda Powerhouse deserves it. The operation is professional in all respects. The sales floor is organized, easy to browse and the sales staff make themselves known after a few minutes but with absolutely no pressure or annoyance. Once we began investigating the bike we eventually bought, again the sales person, Colton, was super friendly and accommodating but no pressure or hanging about. He had knowledgeable answers and if Colton was unsure, he was upfront and went to find out for sure. After a few days of thinking, we went back to discuss and the whole team were professional without any pretense. I was particularly impressed that every department worked together seamlessly and with the exact same friendly, no pressure professionalism.They lived their values in every sense. Negotiation was upfront and transparent and our trade in was treated very fairly. Owen handled the money part of the transaction and he was very knowledgeable and very thorough without any hint of pushing warranties or extras. They were offered, quickly explained and left up to us to consider. We were there near the end of the day to pick up the bike but everyone stayed without any hint of rush to ensure that we were well oriented to the bike's features. We felt like we were leaving a friend's place as we drove off on our new bike.

By far the best service shop around! I have a KTM, and continue to take it to Kelowna Honda Powerhouse because they do great work and stand by it. After riding bikes for years and dealing with many shops, I'm glad to have found a place that does such honest and reliable work. I could not recommend this place more highly!

I bought my bike here mostly because I got really good vibes from Colin in that he wanted to make sure he wasn't selling me more bike than I needed or could handle. He was bang on and I'm more than happy with the treatment I received here, both from Colin and from Taylor in service who went the extra step making sure my ride was safe for another season. No up-selling or game playing here, just the straight goods from a fun group of guys.
