I just purchased a used car from Pierce Auto Center. I started working with Ryan over the internet and then he gave me is direct cell number so that I could contact him directly with any questions. Every time I asked for information or proof of something, Ryan provided it or did his best to get it for me. I felt that if this was the car for us, then I would see if they would be willing to negotiate. Ryan and Pierce Auto made the negotiating easy and I feel I got a very good deal. He even delivered the car to my door and help me surprise my wife with her 'Christmas Present'. His personal service far exceeded my expectations. The next time I am looking for a new or used car or truck, I will definitely contact them again!

Though we didn't end up finding a vehicle that fit our needs on the lot, the experience was great. I felt Ryan was very honest and helpful. I would feel very comfortable buying from them if something comes available soon. He was great to work with and very responsive.

These guys are so very helpful and kind, they answer questions in a way I can understand and are super quick with their oil changes. Its always a pleasure to take my jeep here.

These guys were top notch for me and went out of their way to make my car buying experience great. The salesman came in on a holiday during a snowstorm to show me the 2010 Subaru and they delivered it to Deer Park, Washington the very next day so I didn’t have to head all the way back into Sandpoint again to get the car. Everything has been great so far with the used car they sold me and I’d definitely recommend Pierce to anyone.
