Fabulous place!! I love all the employees; they’re all very kind, funny and truly want to give you the best deal that they can. I would recommend this dealership to everyone. In fact, I have referred countless relatives to Findlay! I will always buy cars from here and get my car serviced here. The sales-people are all great at what they do and very personable, specifically Warren Crandall, he is great! He is by far the best car salesman I have ever come across. I’m actually surprised they ONLY have 4.2 stars... they most DEFINITELY deserve a 5!

Great dealership with great staff! Has a wide selection of inventory and even if they don’t have what you want they’ll find it and bring it in for you. Service department is the best in the region and the parts department is well stocked.

Excellent service department. The service manager goes above and beyond to take great care of my Dodge truck ... weather it’s a scheduled service or recall. Very nice people there.

I just wanted to say the people at Findlay do it right! They are so nice and great with everyone. Trent was so awesome! I got my Jeep Grand Cherokee here which I absolutely LOVE! Trent has taken such great care of me and my needs when it come to this car that it is truly astounding. Comparing this dealership to others, Trent and everyone there were very accommodating and willing to work with my schedule, whereas going into other dealerships it feels like a high pressure sales environment and they are there to eat you alive. Findlay does it right and it will always have my business! Thank you for making my first big adult purchase a great one!

Excellent customer service in service dept. Didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. Handled my recall and other problem with light speed! Update! I went back and they killed it helping us into a new Jeep Compass!
