Bought my second Skidoo from No Limits Motorsports and I couldn't be happier! Aside from selling an excellent product, their customer service is top notch! Better than any other dealer I've dealt with! I've serviced my machine there the last 4 years and have ALWAYS been pleased with the service given!!

I have had previously encountered good service from this establishment but the most recent was terrible. They are authorized Beta dealer, but don't order any OEM PARTS FROM THEM. It took almost 7 weeks to get some gaskets that were "in stock back east". After my second visit back and 5 weeks later they tell me Beta parts just arrive in no particular order from their supplier, they get what they get.....next time let the customer know it may take 4-8 weeks to get parts from "back east". I assumed a week two tops. Maybe if you have a KTM parts arrive faster from Europe.

I was interested in buying a snowmobile. On there web page I filled out a contact me please page with the info of what I wanted. I have not heard from them yet, and its been 2 weeks or so. Bad customer service in my opinion.

We arrived to look at and purchase a used ATV, the sales team was nice, gave us a great deal on the machine. Promised that the machine had been looked over previously to it being put up for sale. We bought the machine and in our first camping trip two weeks later - we were down 2 days unable to use the machine. The radiator was covered in mud and the drive belt was completely worn out - worn unevenly and different sizes. There was NO way an inspection was done in this machine. We called the sales team back and at first they told us they never had this machine for sale. Then when they remembered, said that they would call us back - they need to look into it. We phoned back a few hours later and they said they would call us back before they closed - they were waiting for the manager to get in to the building. There was no call ever received. We called back the following day and tried to talk to them again and was told that we were given an amazing deal, we should be thankful - and the manager would call us back when he arrived in the store that morning. WE ARE STILL WAITING for a call back. This was over a week ago. We are very disappointed in how the situation was handled. We realize that it is a used piece of equipment but we were promised that It was inspected - which it was not. We were given excuse after excuse as to why they couldn’t or wouldn’t talk to us. They sold the machine, received their commission, and did not care after that. I would not recommend this company at all if you are looking for service after purchasing equipment from them.

Went in for some general advice on a Saturday at 4pm as I wanted to get into sledding. Even though the website said they were open till 5pm the guy behind the counter named Payam said they were ‘closed’ and to come back on Tuesday, basically he couldn’t be bothered with a noob and didn’t wanna hide the fact. Other people went in and out the store whilst I sat outside for 10mins talking to customers. I will C U Next Tuesday...
