Best experience buying a Jeep. Andy our sales representative is great I would recommend him to anybody. We told him our budget. He didn't even try to talk us into something more. We actually had to insist on getting something more because we wanted it. He had asked multiple times if we were sure with the additional cost. There was no pressure and you could tell the team actually cares about your budget. Most friendly experience we ever had buying a vehicle. Chris the general sales manager was hilarious. We had honestly forgot we were at a car dealership and not at a stand up comedy show. Who knew buying a vehicle could actually be fun and not stressful. Thanks.

We went to this place last year. We were greated by Fortune!!...such an amazing guy who totally understands what ones situation is like with a family!!..totally recommend him to you all. He will not force you to buy anything but will bring the best deal that fits your budget!..very hard working person though. We were quite upset when he had to move but we are glad again that he is back at this location!!!..and also Les is a great guy in the service dept!!..hope dodge acknowledges their hard work and dedication with the customers!! And never let go of them!

This is a bad review for the product rather than the dealership itself. DO NOT BUY CHRYSLER. We got a brand new 2013 Chrysler 200 and it just died. At 6 years, it’s just over the 5 years warranty but only had 85,000 KM on it. The cost to fix the engine was more than the car is worth. When purchasing a big ticket item like a car, a person would like to think it will at least last them until the thing is paid off. Not this lemon! The car had regularly scheduled maintenance done by a dealership for the whole time it was under warranty. But every time we left the dealership, it seemed like something else would go wrong. We've had trouble with the electrical, the lights (4 headlights, 2 turn signal lights and all the front running lights in 6 years is ridiculous), the throttle body, the battery and lastly the engine overheated. The mechanic we ended up at found a blown head gasket. The heat sensor clearly wasn’t working because the engine got so hot it melted the sensor casing. It's worth noting the PT Cruisers were prone to head gasket problems as well. Obviously not all Chryslers suck because there are some old ones still on the road, but do you want to spend all your hard- earned money on a gamble that your particular car will not be a lemon like mine? If I could give zero stars, I would.

Was getting ripped off at another dealership... went to these guys and they stood on their heads for our business . Great salespeople (Andy was our guy) and finance department . Very transparent and showed us ALL the numbers . Will be going back and directing my friends to them also. This was a good experience 👍

Very nice, friendly and quick service. Lesley's customer service is above and beyond. Every time I went for car servicing I feel this is the best. And this feeling comes because most of the time Lesley attended me with friendly smile as well as advice. I love to go back this place all the time.
