BACKGROUND *************** I had been looking for a fuel efficient sedan for quite some time. In an effort to find one I was satisfied with, I went to several dealerships in the area. Unfortunately, I had no luck at any of them. From my experiences, the listed prices were very steep with no wiggle room and the sales staff at those places were extremely pushy. In fact, one staff member physically held me from leaving and demanded a deal be made. When rejected, he actually yelled at me and outlined, "You will NOT get a better deal elsewhere". Very bizarre, I know. MAINLAND MOTORS ********************** I was travelling along King George Highway and actually on my way to another dealership when I saw Mainland Motors with various sedans parked in their lot. Naturally, I thought I would go take a look. I was greeted by friendly staff who actually took the effort to ask what I was looking for instead of directing me toward the cars listed as "Specials" or "Year End Blowouts". Long story short, I met with Garv, Manny, and Alex. All three were exceptional to deal with and very reasonable. They did everything they possibly could to settle on terms that satisfied both me, the buyer, and of course them, as the seller. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience and highly recommend Mainland Motors to those looking for reasonable prices, friendly staff, and excellent customer service. Thank you! I love my Optima EX. RR

Couldn't have asked for a better experience! I was able to find a 2017 Elantra that completely suited my needs and budget, with absolute ease due to the help of the staff. A wonderful dealership with equally wonderful and super helpful employees! I would definitely recommend Mainland Motors in the future!

Went to all the known local used car lots looking for a 2016 highlander, was looking for a specific options and colour, found one but dealer was asking very higher price, over 40k. Then my co-worker suggested me to go to Mainland Motors, they didn’t have one in stock but found exact one within 48 hours and saved me over 5 thousand dollars vs the other dealer. Actually all of their vehicles are priced significantly lower then others around town. excellent service, knowledgeable and very helpfull staff. Strongly recommend to visit Mainland Motors if you are in the market for a vehicle.

I'm not one to write reviews but I found them incredibly helpful when I was looking to buy a used car recently. I visited numerous dealerships in Surrey and Port Coquitlam, it was a soul sucking experience. The staff at Mainland Motors were the opposite of the stereotypical shady and pushy car salesman. They were easy to work with, honest, and gave me space to make a decision. When I took the car to a mechanic for a full inspection, Mainland Motors agreed to address every issue identified before I purchased the car. They even fixed a part a couple of months after I purchased the car! I would recommend them if you want a stress free and honest car shopping experience.
