I had a problem with my Camaro car. It was showing a massage of reduced engine power and some other issues. The service center representative was nice and I have no problem at all with his handling of my concerns. He called me same day and explained what causing the problem and he provided me with cost estimate to fix the car which was around $800. He called 2nd day and said the car is ready. After I received the car I faced completely different problems which was not occured before. The car become terrible and I have to drive it back to the shop. After another diagnostic they claim that I need to change one sensor cost another $600. This not acceptable to me. Why this problem was not in the car and appear after repair? Why I lose 2 days from my time go back and forth? I think next time I should use different agent.

I have to let others know about the great people at Barnes Wheaton North Surrey, the sales team is top-notch when it comes to knowing their stuff, I have also had the pleasure of doing business with the parts department when I needed a replacement key. Keep up the good work.

I call them and tried to make deal over the phone as I sold my car and would be lots of hassle to get there, so I said give me your best price if I like or we are close to have deal I'll come in, instead they were persistent on me coming in with all the promises they will match the price from the other dealer. Since they had car In stock and other dealer had to bring it in, so I agreed. Long story short, they did not match the price, keep adding all these extra fees to milk as much as possible from you, especially if they see u need the car and try to sell you car for 3-4 thousand more than the others... waste of my time. EAGLE RIDGE GM gave me best deal out of all 4-5 i visited and best service...

I found a vehicle i liked. It needed detailing and inspection cause it was new on the lot. so i had to get it in a few days. I got the call to come pick it up so i took off early from work to go. When i got there my papers hadn't even been finalized and the truck hadn't been touched. They said come back that weekend it will be ready. Took the day off to pick it up. Still not done. About 2 weeks later i got the vehicle. Still mud on the seat the defrost not working properly. The sales manager (who doesn't work there anymore) dodged my calls for the better part of a year always saying he'd call me back then nothing. There staff now is much better. But still very pushy and guilt tripping. All and all just bad times

DO NOT go here for your autobody repair and collision issues! Mr. Rod McLean, the Manager of the department itself is NOT trustworthy and will give you advise that will only benefit him, not you, the customer. And he will deny everything he said if anything goes wrong! You are a disgrace! I hope no one else will be fooled by this man!
