I purchased my new VW from Rob. He was friendly, fair and went over backwards to ensure that we were happy with our purchase. I highly recommend dealing with him if you are looking for a new car. The service team is also fabulous...on time with my snow tire install, professional, and knowledgeable.

White Rock VW is next to none when it comes down to Customer Service. I came in with a heater issue and dealt with Kaitlin and Gavin in the service department. They got me booked in right away, provided me with a fabulous courtesy car and took care of me from start to finish. There was no pressure during my visit and they communicated with me regularly throughout the diagnostics and repair. I have my car back, heater repaired and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg like you expect at most dealerships! I would 100% recommend this dealership to my family and friends.

We recently changed our dealership for servicing our 2015 TDI to the White Rock location due to the lack of customer service at the previous dealership. The Team at the White location is very professional when it comes to customer service, they keep us informed and are very accommodating when we bring our vehicle in for services. I would also like to give a shout out to Gavin in the service department his customer service skills are top notch! Thank you White Rock VW Team.

Bought my wife's car from this dealership. Best VW dealership in the lower mainland in my opinion. The staff here are all very nice.....unlike other VW dealerships I've been to where the staffs are usually snobbish. A real turn off when you're actually the one forking out thousands of dollars. Anyway, visit VW Whiterock and ask for Rob Smith. He's the one you wanna talk to 👌.

I had a fantastic experience at White Rock VW and I am very happy with my new Tiguan. The new tech features are outstanding and super user friendly. The SUV handles very well, and is very spacious, sporty, and family friendly. Rob Smith at the dealership spent a lot of time going over the car, and explaining all of the functions so I drove away feeling super comfortable. Rob Furgeson (the sales manager) gave me an outstanding deal on the car, and went out of his way to ensure that I felt like a valued customer. I am very happy with my purchase, and would strongly recommend the White Rock Volkswagen sales team.
