Bought a car in the summer from a gentleman named Deshawn at this dealership. Was a great decision and I have nothing but good things to say about my Mitsubishi. He had asked for a google review and I am happy to do so. I brought my vehicle in for service and he greeted me and remembered me long after I bought. Felt good. The service department Terry was very helpful. Would recommend buying and even coming to say hi to the staff. Thank you guys.

Experience was okay. My salesmen was great! But the general manager was very rude to me and to his staff. Could hear him yelling and swearing. Overall made my experience more negative. He treated staff like dogs. But I love my car.

The service department is honest and doesn't try to add unnecessary costs to the bill

This Mitsubishi is aweome. My boyfriend and I shopped at three dealerships last month and ended up being very pleased with the service from Dusean Leblank. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. The service department was great at answering my questions for future maintenance. Would recommend buying from here. We are very happy.

Thank you so much Dylan for all your help! Dylan reached out to me last week and encouraged me to come to North van Mitsubishi so that we can talk about my current car's financing. When I first financed, my interest rate was so high! Dylan is so hardworking and checked in on me the whole appointment. He did his magic and now my interest rate is at 7% which compared to the first, is super amazing. I also walked out with a 2017 Toyota Corolla. I'm beyond thankful for Dylan and the North van Mitsubishi team.
