We had an exceptional experience purchasing our C-Class from Mercedes-Benz North Vancouver. Despite arriving at the dealership half an hour before closing due to traffic and ferry delays (from Vancouver Island), we were warmly greeted and promptly put in touch with Maurice. Maurice went above and beyond to make the process seamless and efficient, including pulling the vehicle out of the detailing bay to allow us to test drive it. The entire time we were there (at this point past closing), we were in no way rushed and were given his full attention. The entire process with Maurice, the Sales Manager (Tyler) and Tracy in Financing was completely pressure-free and comfortable. When we returned the following day to pick up the vehicle, they had made sure that our new purchase and all the paperwork were ready for us beforehand just so we could catch our ferry back to the Island. Maurice was an absolute pleasure to work with -- we would recommend his and the rest of the team's services in a heartbeat!

I normally don't write reviews but I've decided to take my chance at North Vancouver Mercedes because I have had bad customer service and experience from the terminal and boundary service department locations. Let me start off by saying the service advisor name Morris along with shop foreman Patrick, are very good at what they do. Both were fantastic at customer satisfaction who actually listens to the customers problems and addresses the situation in order to keep the customer happy. Morris and Patrick takes pride in their jobs and actually tells you the right and truthful knowledge unlike most dealerships who just tells you whatever so they can move on to the next customer. But most importantly, fixes the problem with the car. Both gentlemen did their best at providing me with knowledge of why my brakes were squeaking even when the brake pads were new from factory. No wonder this location has 4.5 stars rating!

This is my 3rd Mercedes purchased from Maurice at N. Vancouver Mercedes. Maurice always goes above and beyond to ensure that the purchasing experience is an excellent one. Mercedes is consistently the best car I've ever owned (and I've had many different ones) and Maurice has consistently delivered the best purchasing experience to match. I would not hesitate to recommend his services.

This store is a joke, I called for a simple question about a car and was transferred 5 times, finally getting a voice mail where no one was available. No one here wants to help unless they are making money from you.
