Incredibly friendly and honest service. I had a number of issues with my car that were discovered while performing a coolant flush. Paul called me right away, explained my issues and options to deal with them, and didn't charge me the original price of the flush. When talking with him and the techs there, they all were highly knowledgeable and more than happy to explain technical details to me. I would highly recommend Paul and this Dueck on Marine location.

Did a service with Paul, and it is a great experience. Got my car back super quick. Beside, he's very nice and patient explaining things to me who did not know car very well. Would definitely recommend him:)

If you want an amazing sales rep ask for Edgar. This man goes over and above to help you find exactly what your looking for in a vehicle. No time wasted standing around at the dealership waiting to sign papers, Edgar and his team are so well organized they have everything ready and waiting, we were blown away. Thank you Edgar for all your knowledge, enthusiasm and professionalism with finding us the perfect vehicle. We are over the moon happy. I love my 2019 Equinox Anna Erickson and Mike Alioto

I dealt with a young Irish guy named Anthony. He was very easy to deal with and very knowledgeable. It was pressure free and I felt like he didn't just want to make a quick sale. I would definitely recommend Dueck on Marine.

Kimberly Kim 9(downtown location) was terrific. More interested in getting a sales relationship than in pressuring you to sign up for a bad deal. Highly recommend Kimberly.
