So far, my experiences with SG power have always been very good. John, the salesman, is very friendly and down to earth. Not pushy and aggressive. He always answers all my questions and addresses any concerns I may have.

Purchased my first Motorcycle In May 2018 from John Fuller who provided excellent customer service and knowledge of the many options available to me. I have also purchased many parts and products from S.G power. I have always been treated like I am apart of the family.

The Service Department's fantastic! They did a great job working with my self and my insurance company last year during the peak season.

Marine Department Review I called ahead asking for the specific part I wanted and came here for an impeller for my Honda 9.9Hp 2006Hp outboard motor. It was marked up an insane amount which is expected. The problem was that the person serving me gave me a part that was the wrong one. This put me back a while which was a disappointment. But what was incredible was once I came back with the exact correct part number I looked up myself because I didn’t trust them, and brought the old impeller from my motor, the employee was was indignant about the fact that he gave me the wrong one. It was incredible. This is not a place I would ever go for my boat stuff unless absolutely necessary, and I would be sure to check their work myself. TLDR: Unhelpful employees that waste your time (trumping everything that’s good about the marine department), expensive parts, excellent selection of parts. **** When browsing the bikes on the main floor the same day the employee I was met by was very helpful and knowledgeable. ***
