Oleg does supply a clean unit. Be aware of his financial terms, as the damage deposit is his in cash, and up to his discretion on how much, if any to return after use. Take as many pictures as you can on initial acceptance of the unit and before you return it. Any damage he perceives will be charged to you, well after you are gone, and you have little recourse. I would not advise using his company, as there are several in the area that are with the better business bureau, which he is not. Interesting, that as the owner, he has not responded. .

The RV itself was OK. The issue was that they essentially stole our security deposit claiming the RV wasn't clean. My wife and I had spent several hours cleaning prior to returning the RV. So if you are renting from here, know you are going to get hustled from your sizable deposit

We've been renting trailers from Okanagan RV Since 2008 and have had an great experience every time. Okanagan RV provides excellent service and will delivers the trailer to our site without us being there, which is convenient when we are travelling from out of the province. We rent once a year for about 1 week during the summer and always reserve about 3 months in advance. We’ve only rented the 21’ to 24’ trailers only. The trailers are fully equipped with cooking equipment, utensils, coffee maker, etc.; However, they do not include a generator, bed sheets, or televisions but I believe you can rent it through them.

On July 30, 2015 we arrived to pickup a 31 foot motorhome for our trip. As soon as we saw the unit we were appalled that the unit was not washed, the front tire was worn as if it was towed out, however, we had to get going as we were held up by the owner for almost an hour before they arrived -no one at the office- and paperwork. When we got on the road noticed the front end was wandering. Had to keep all hands on deck and could not take eyes off the road for a second otherwise we would have ended up in the ditch. The drive was terrible. We informed the owner and he did not seemed to be all that concerned, said he had it checked but was told it was okay. Struggled terribly with the fuel lock key, did not want to open ( for about 1/2 hour before we got it open) to refuel the unit. We cleaned it up and returned it to the owner then I received a phone call that one of the blinds was broken? Did not see it when we had it. Was asked how it got broken and I honestly did not know. They charged us $82.00 off our credit card without telling what it was for. Was it to replace a $20.00 blind or what? It is an older unit and they charged us over $300 per day for it. Would not recommend this business to anyone.

We Hired A 28 ft RV from this company and i can't fault the service we recieved . They are not a not a big company and had heard about sites that hire RV's, and do not exist so i was very nervous and got my brother who lives there to visit them to put my mind at rest. On collecting the RV it was immaculate and we wanted to get off as early and Oleg the Owner was very accommodating having it ready earlier. Having not driven or used a vehicle of this size, he went over everything and how things worked in detail ,something a big company would struggle to do i think. It was very clean inside and well equipped almost like new, there was plenty of space inside for two adults and 3 teenagers. If you are looking to explore Canada this is the way to do it and a great company to deal with .I would not hesitate to use them again. Thankyou
