I would like to thank Ross and his team. Right from the start I was impressed with the professionalism and time the spent with my wife and I. They made us feel comfortable and explained every aspect of the deal. I have purchased many new vehicles in the past, and I can truly say, this was the best buying experience I have ever had. I will be sending my friends and family to visit Ross and his amazing staff. I am confident they will have the same great buying experience that I had, and when it’s time for my daughter to get a new car, I know just where to go. Birchwood Nissan in Brandon. Also like to thank the Parts and Service staff that installed all the accessories on my new car, great job. Jon and Tricia Elliott

I am positively impressed by the staff at thus dealership. They made purchasing a truck very easy and comparatively quick.

I don't normally write reviews however I was very displeased with my experience, I had inquired about a vehicle and trade in and the two girls I was originally dealing with were fantastic! They were friendly accommodating and understanding. I was having trouble finding time to get down there as I live two hours away but they made it sound like it would be worth my while to make it work. So I did. I had a short period of time, drove down to look at this vehicle that I fell completely in love with. Then was dealing with the general manager that gave me a price which I was discussing with my family. The price he gave me was more than the price on their website for this vehicle, it was not a fantastic deal and was not worth my while to drive out. I made a new offer and it was not negotiated I was told maybe incentives will be better next month. I am highly unimpressed. I am a working professional and believe in honest service and if someone is taking their time because they are told it's worth their while I feel that the other end should stay true to their word. I plan to take my business elsewhere.

Above and beyond is how I will describe our experience with this dealership! In a trip from Québec to Vancouver, we were stranded in Brandon after our transmission broke down, they did everything in order to help our family of 3 kids. Best dealership in Canada! Thanks guys!
