I am not a fan of the quick lube lane, it's the slowest quick lube anywhere. At what quick lube are you given a ride home because it's going to take so long. They say, get your oil changed here so it doesn't void the warranty. Well I'm a ford guy but if there warranty is void because of where I get my oil changed, i think i might try a Toyota.

Brought my truck in to have some warranty work done hubs where leaking therefore, four wheel wouldn't engage they were unable to resolve the issue in two visits had to take elsewhere. They also had little knowledge of the Ford maintenance program paid for my last oil change, and I just found out it was covered. They also did a multi-point inspection, and found no issues i later found out tie-rods are worn out, and it needs brake pads.

Decided to change my rating. Had purchased 2 vehicles there in the past 8 years. Was planning on making another purchase there but after customer service ignoring my last 3 text message questions about various trucks I decided to go the Dodge dealership instead. They also tend to not respond to online inquiries either. I don't know if they simply don't care enough to respond or they're just too disorganized to figure it out🤷

My wife and I have purchased 3 new Ford vehicles in the last 3 years. After dealing with one of the salesman at Kelleher we found it very easy to want to go elsewhere. He was the most unhelpful, and lazy individual I may have ever met. Needless to say we purchased our new Ford in Virden which was a great decision. Very professional bunch at Virden Ford. Recently we noticed our check engine light coming off and on at random. We had an appointment scheduled to have it looked it. While waiting for our scheduled date we noticed a very bad grinding/screeching sound coming from the front wheel. Upon investigating I noticed frozen grease on the side of my vehicle coming from the same area as the screeching noise. I took my vehicle to Kellehers immediately. The service guy asked me to pull my vehicle into the shop. Upon doing so he immediately heard the noise and said “ouch”. The screeching noise also has a mind of its own and comes and goes. I was asked to keep my scheduled service date and they would try to determine the issue when it was to come into the shop. I took my vehicle in on the scheduled date and the service guy asked his mechanic to go for a ride with my wife to listen. The mechanic refused, and the service guy ended up going with my wife. The whole drive they could hear the screeching noise and could clearly see an issue. The vehicle was returned to the shop and the noise went away The mechanic said he couldn’t do anything if he couldn’t hear the noise.... yet he refused to go on the drive!!! I am beyond livid with Kelleher Ford. I have heard numerous horror stories about them and wonder how the remain in business. I just feel bad for those who may use them in the future!

This is a solid, reputable dealership. Dealings with them have been pleasant and productive on both the service and sales side of the operation.
