Absloutely no push sales. Customer service is beyond the expectations. Marcel is a guy who will get the best deal for you. He always make sure whatever the deal you have made with him, it stays even if you decide to buy some other vehicle from the dealership. True to their words and promises. I really appreciate the whole staff and wish all the best to Marcel to have countless happy customers. Great job team Virden.

Good experience with dealership. Had a few issues on making deal and on delivery of vehicle to my home. Sales associate Mike Robertson made sure these issues were quickly rectified and forgotten with enjoyment of new Cherokee tailhawk. Worth the drive.

Mike treated me very well. I asked a lot of questions ..I can be annoying I am sure and I never felt that way once. I did the same to Foster and finance and I couldn't have met a more patient helpful person. I'd recommend Virden Chrysler to anybody, even if you're just kicking tires they're happy to help. Thanks again Chris, great staff

I was very impressed with the customer service and how quickly they were able to find a vehicle that fit my needs. They have me more then a fair price for my trade as well. I would highly recommend Virden Chrysler Dodge to anyone that was looking to buy a new or used vehicle!

Absolutely stellar experience! I highly recommend Marcel - he made the process of buying so easy and pleasant. He clearly cares about customer service, as does everyone that I encountered there. The excellence did not stop after the sale was done - Marcel truly went above and beyond to ensure we were happy (including dropping off some items I left in the vehicle I traded in). Absolutely stellar customer service and I highly recommend them! Totally worth the drive!!
