Days after buying a ten year old BMW here the yellow " Check Motor " light came on. I drove out to Dugald three times and received what was basically a " buyer beware" attitude. A local dealer told me the vehicle needed seven thousand dollars in repairs and to just watch the oil level and drive it as it wasn't worth repairing. After the motor blew in the middle of New Mexico on my way to Arizona I had no choice but to abandon the vehicle to a wrecker. This cost me ten thousand dollars that I will never see again.

I would give this dealership 0 stars if I could, but google requires me to put at least 1. The owner is a liar and a crook. Bought a chevy traverse there a year ago and brought the vehicle back to him multiple times to check why the engine warning light keeps coming on. He tells us the same thing everytime: it's a faulty gas cap. This is not true as we have already replaced the gas cap....we took it to 2 other mechanics and both told us the same thing: it's a timing chain issue. I confronted the owner of A Lot of Cars and he denied that he was lying. He is refusing to honor the warranty until the vehicle actually breaks down. I am highly pregnant and can't take the chance to break down on the side of the road so now I have to pay a reputable shop about $3000 to get the engine replaced. At least I know that the other shop will do a good job and make my vehicle road safe! All in all: horrible customer service, never picks up the phone when I tried calling, full voicemail at all times (probably full of complaints) and the owner is a liar. DON'T BUY ANY VEHICLES FROM THIS CROOK!! RUN RUN RUN!!

Please listen to these reviews!!!! These vehicles are JUNK! All of them! They are not well taken care of - windows are left open, they are not cleaned from the previous owner, many things broken inside and out. we had called the day before telling them we would be coming and were told the vehicles would be ready to go but of course they werent. Out of the 3 vehicles we went to test drive we could test drive 1 and even that one didnt make it far because there was something wrong with the front end. One we couldnt even take out of the parking lot because we couldnt turn the steering wheel and the other they couldnt get the car that was parked in front of the vehicle we wanted to drive going. When my husband tried to help get the car going the "mechanic" on site got snippy with him and hold him "he was a mechanic and knew what to do," but they still couldnt get the car started so we left. The whole experience was a joke. Not worth your time at all!
